These two volumes complement the lectionaries of the Ordinary cycle (after those of the Sunday and Festive cycle) according to the new translations of the Bible in the CEI Edition. 

The Ordinary Time consists of 34 weeks and is called so because they do not run, in this liturgical time, particular Mysteries of the Lord (as for Easter and Christmas). During these 34 weeks we have a unique cycle of reading for the Gospel and a cycle 
biennial for the first reading.
